Dezaray Johnson is the Director of the ASU Small Business Development Center (SBDC), where she has played a pivotal role since 2013. Over the years, she has advanced through several positions, including training coordinator, business development specialist, and program coordinator. As director, she oversees key initiatives that support the growth and success of small businesses in San Angelo and the surrounding region. Her expertise spans startup development, business management, and marketing, with a focus on helping clients navigate financial analysis, market research, and business planning.
Beyond her role at the SBDC, Dezaray Johnson has been an active member of Texas Business Women (TBW) since 2020, with prior engagement as a business professional before officially joining. She has held various leadership roles within the local organization and currently serves as the LO president. In addition, she is the president-elect at the state level, where she continues to champion women entrepreneurs and professionals across Texas. Through TBW, Dezaray is committed to empowering women to achieve personal and professional success, bringing her passion for business development and leadership to a wider audience.
