Karen Gray, TBW President

Karen Gray is passionate about helping women launch and run profitable businesses. She stumbled into a coaching when she was writing speeches for girls competing in rodeo queen pageants. What began in 2008 as a way to help her daughter fulfill her dream of becoming Miss Rodeo Texas – unexpectedly blossomed into Karen’s own dream career and calling. Prior to launching her business, Karen spent over 29 years in the Banking and Financial Services Industry. Today, she has attained the coveted ICF designation of Professional Certified Coach, co-authored an international best selling book. 

Karen helps women turn their traumas into triumphs by helping them trade their SELF-DOUBT for their SUPERPOWER!  She’s a Soul Guide and Certified Coach, a Speaker, Mentor and the Founder of Gray Coaching and Legacy Partners.  Karen’s personal experience as an adoptee and the “trauma trade” she went through is the basis for her passion to help see women overcome their “STORY”.  She teaches her clients to MASTER THEIR VQ (Value Awareness) and mindset to create, and be able to receive the Life, Love and Abundance they desire and deserve. 

Karen is also the Host of the ROCK MOVERS Podcast, President of Texas Business Women, Inc  and Chief of Staff for Success North Dallas.  In all that she does, her heart’s mission is to empower others to know that they are LOVED, CHOSEN AND WORTHY!
