Patricia Bell-Burnett – Secretary

Patricia Bell-Burnett, an Human Resources Thought Leader of 30 years is driven to assist organizations and individuals reach their fullest career potential. Her greatest joy is working with leaders and employees to create a thriving company culture of success. Pat is currently employed as a part-time, Director of Culture and HR with Justice in Motion. In addition, she consults through PatBellHR and assists Del Mar College as a part-time instructor for Corporate Services for leadership development and DEI training.

Pat has been a member of TBW, Inc. since 2003 and served as state president from 2014 – 2016. She resides in Corpus Christi, Texas and is married to husband, Julian Burnett, a mother of three and a grandmother of one. She enjoys her community involvement with the Je’Sani Smith Foundation and is an active member of her church.

The Texas Business and Professional Women’s Foundation, Inc. provides advocacy and support for educational, literary, scientific and charitable activities.

Providing financial support for Texas women who wish to further their knowledge, skills, studies or service in designated areas or toward medical research is a primary mission.
